When you create an account, we collect your email address and basic profile information. When you use Rankpad, we store the brand names, competitor names, and prompts you configure.
We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and actions taken inside the product. This helps us improve the service.
We use your data to provide the Rankpad service, send product updates and billing communications, and improve the product over time.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
Rankpad uses cookies for authentication and session management. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the product is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe collects and handles billing information directly. We do not store your payment details. We may use third-party analytics tools to understand product usage.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we delete your personal data within 90 days unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
Rankpad is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
