By creating an account or using Rankpad, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Rankpad is an AI visibility tracking tool. It monitors how brands appear in ChatGPT responses and provides reporting on visibility trends, competitor mentions, and prompt tracking.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free trial account.

You may use Rankpad only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to scrape, copy, or redistribute our data; attempt to reverse engineer the product; or use the service in a way that could harm Rankpad or other users.

Paid plans are billed monthly. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If your payment fails, your account will be downgraded to a free tier or suspended until payment is resolved.

We offer a free trial period for new accounts. At the end of the trial, you will need a paid plan to continue using the service. We reserve the right to modify or end free trial offers at any time.

Rankpad and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the data you input into Rankpad. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that data to provide the service.

Rankpad is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete. AI visibility data reflects outputs from third-party AI systems which may change at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rankpad is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time from your billing settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where Rankpad operates.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Rankpad after changes means you accept the updated terms.
